Police Provocateurs at Leaders Summit?

Still Masked But In "Custody"
Still Masked But In "Custody"

On August 20, in the Green Zone protest outside the Leaders Summit in Montebello, Quebec, the president of the Canadian Energy and Paperworkers union, Dave Coles, confronted what could be rock-throwing police agents posing as legitimate protesters. As seen in the video by filmmaker Paul Manley (linked below), Coles ends up diffusing a potential incident. But at the end of the scuffle, the riot police just let the two masked men through the line, and the arrest appears to be staged. Other anarchist protesters in the crowd are convinced that at least one of the men is a police officer, a provocateur working for one of the security forces who was instructed to shake things up to justify the police response.

Nice Try, Officers...

It seems very suspicious that the police, upon apprehending this individual, did not immediately remove his mask. I guess they didn't want those present to see their commrade's face. Nice try...

Bums

See the video...what, did they 'politely request' to be taken into custody? These guys are losers and so is everyone in a cop uniform keeping their mouth shut about it. Notice the lack of mace to the eyes, boots to the face or batons to the legs during the arrest, for absolute starters...

This is not the first time these tactics have been used by authorities in Canada--and there is much belief that they have been far more successful in the past, but they were bound to get caught red-handed sooner or later, and now that evidence has been gathered, people really need to clear their heads and think about what this means.

This means that police agencies, in Canada, are deploying individuals to actively break laws in order to justify a police response that would otherwise be unacceptable.

Our POLICE OFFICERS ARE BEING PAID TO BREAK LAWS. PERIOD.

How can this not ANGER PEOPLE?

Why are we the only ones who have a problem with this?

Can someone please tell me?

police admit to undercover cops at SPP (CBC)
23.08.2007 - 16:32
 http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2007/08/23/police-montebello.html

Quebec provincial police admitted Thursday that their officers disguised themselves as demonstrators during the protests at the North American leaders summit in Montebello, Que.

The police came under fire Wednesday when protesters accused the force of planting undercover officers in the demonstration to provoke violence. A video surfaced on YouTube that appeared to depict disguised police in the crowd.

The provincial police, in a news release, said its officers went undercover to identify and stop non-peaceful protesters.

"In no time did the police of the Sûreté du Québec act as instigators or commit criminal acts," the news release states in French.

More to come

What if it is worse?

If they were "only" police it wouldn't be so bad. Unfortunately these people are probably in the employment of the elite and they are probably a lot higher ranking than your average cop on the street or even a riot cop. In other words they tell the cops what to do. These people have been around since protesting has begun. I wonder if they are just starting to slip up(getting caught so much) or is it a tactic to lull the masses asleep, thinking that we are getting the upper hand now.

I've been saying this for years
23.08.2007 - 21:57
For years I've been telling people that the violence associated by the media with anti-globalisation events was caused by police agents provocateurs. I'm glad that at last people are waking up to the reality, although much too late as usual.

QPP admits the 3 goons are QPP but ...
24.08.2007 - 04:33
but were well intentioned, not out to do anything wrong or illegal, like "to provoke the crowd and instigate violence".

The first part of that makes sense, the QPP owning up to its goon-ery shenanigans; and I'm thankful for the QPP providing this. But the second part makes no sense at all.

Quite the interesting little story, and the QPP keeps trying to cover up its culpability, by claiming that the three undercover goon QPP did not intend "to provoke the crowd and instigate violence"; when there otherwise was absolutely no purpose to their act, at all, unless they were actually masked so as to not be recognized by the security forces, to, in turn, be able to join the genuine protestors in genuine demonstration.

I doubt that the latter scenario is what was intended though. If it had been, then why not identify themselves as police to Dave Coles and the several protestors who joined Coles in asking the three goons if they were police; and why scoot on over and through, to behind, the police line, getting away from Coles and the other protestors; etc.?

Obviously, the masks were not for hiding indentities from police but from genuine protestors, and the QPP most definitely knows this to be true. After all, it definitely knows what the three goons were really doing, what purpose their role playing was about or for. There's nothing about the three goons, and in the context of this incident, that the QPP does not know.

We know very well that genuine but militant protestors holding rocks while facing police and standing close enough to them would not be well received, it generally would not be a gentle or calm reception, and while we know that this is how the police treated their three goon undercover companions or comrades, peers. We also know that it would be very unusual for three militant protestors facing police and while wielding rocks for throwing at most likely police would not be scooting on over and walking through a police line to be gently handcuffed and taken away as if arrested by without ever been charged, no record of the arrest being filed. We can be pretty certain that such a scenario has never happened.

So you are right; we should be very upset.

I've been very upset for several years now and the fuel is running low. There are so many injustices to be very upset about it has one's head spinning round and round and round ..., never stopping; but we have to stop it and accept that this is life, and we are very SCREWED.

CAP,  http://www.CanadianActionParty.ca , is the sole party that I'm aware of adequately speaking out against the NAU and SPP, the war on Afghanistan, the trashing of the former and constitutional use of the Bank of Canada, etc.; being for truly constitutional govt, a guaranteed living income for all Canadians and which the country can certainly afford, returning Ca to its former PEACEkeeping self, restoring the power of the Bank of Canada, calling for a reopening of the investigation on the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, in the U.S., and etc.

However, it's a very tiny party, very little known, so far, and it's not about to win any PM election soon, definitely not at the federal level, and likely not at the provincial one, either.

Nonetheless, if Canadians keep electing from the main four, big parties, and the Green Party has also been awfully absent, silent, and therefore complicitly wrong on very important issues, btw; well, then Canadians better start getting used to the idea that there's going to be a LOT to be very upset about and that maybe the best thing will be to look to relocate to another country. The NDP and BQ are saying a few words, but it's surely going to AGAIN amount to emptiness and complicit wrongfulness; as usual.

In this book, 'Diplomacy by Deception', by Dr John Coleman, 1998 (PDF downloadable via Google.ca link), either or both chapters 3 and 4 refers to the history of British and U.S. corporations, along with criminal help from the British and U.S. govts, working to secure control over Mexico's oil resources; history dating maybe from the 19th and 20th centuries, else the 20th and roughly the first half of it in rather strong terms.

It's a book that has been very well impressing me. Coleman covers the history of the establishment of the U.N., starting with the predecessor League of Nations that was established around 1920, and by the "Committee of 300", possibly Council on Foreign Relations, or surely, if it then existed, president Woodrow Wilson and other leaders or heads of states, Rothschilds, I believe John D. Rockefeller, and plenty of others from among the top elite or capitalist elite of the world. That's the first chapter.

The second chapter is with respect to history or histories of British and U.S. warring against both Iran and Iraq, all primarily for control of the oil resources of the two countries, but also with respect to British, and possibly also U.S., involvement with respect to Israel and Palestine. Chapter three is, "Grand Larceny: United States Oil Policies Abroad", chapter four is, "Rockefeller: The Evil Genie" (John D. but also David Rockefellers), chapter 5 is "Israel in Focus", and that's as far as I've read so far.

What we get is the world's capitalist elite controlling govts and strongly so, very much like Rockefeller was quoted saying that as long as he had control of the nation's finances, money, he did not care what the govt did, for, I believe inferred, unless he stated it explicitly, for he would have the ability to control the govt anyway.

And these capitalist elite always work with the tactic of the art of deception, the tactic known as DECEIT. (Notice, for easy it is to do, how obvious and non-deceptive Zionists are; compared to how hidden, silent, operating and speaking only behind closed doors the truly ruling capitalist elite are.)

They are who POLICE PROTECT and really work for; and the same applied during the life of Joan of Arc, when she realised that capitalist elite were moving in and trying to scheme their way in to preying on her region's populace, which she refused to take while sitting by idly.

Coleman, in his book, refers to the Illuminati, although doesn't mention it but for a very few times, and always very briefly, over the first five chapters; maybe saying more about it in chapter 6, which is about Tavistock Institute. Well, he mentions Illuminati, while I've previously read that there was such a group of NWO and One World Govt sort of minded men centuries ago, maybe two or three, perhaps four ago, but that they did not last long; not while known as 'Illuminati', anyway, or that is. They continuted to live but had to disband this secret society, or make it disappear in name only (the most likely event), whatever.

In any case, it does not matter whether the group continues to exist by the name of 'Illuminati' and while that's only known to the few who are actually members; or, and conversely, if only the same thematic, elitist mentality, etc. continues and will continue well into the future. Either way, we still have the same thematic, the same kind of extreme predation upon humanity and the world, through extreme corruption of state, or govt, and news media, etc.

And MANY of us already know that programs like NAFTA are very harmful, even if very profitable to the fewer or many (or far) fewer who profit. We also know that all of the British and Spanish warring of aggression on the aboriginals and/or indigenous peoples of the Americas, in Haiti, Africa, etc., etc., that this has ALL been for conquest and domination, spreading empire, and very MUCH based on laying claim to other peoples' natural resources. And we know that that is not only of past history but that it is perpetual, still ongoing.

We know that the police forces have to be aware that the politicians are VERY corrupt, while the police do nothing but protect these political gangsters.

Etc.

State gangsterism and terrorism is the very worst kind we can have, for its the kind that has, for means, whole forces of police and military. No other criminal organizations have such forces. None have armies; certainly not in "Western" countries anyway.

Experts on such a topic have written that MOST CEOs of large corporations are pretty much ALL psychopaths; there being too few exceptions. Besides the good exceptions, which are far too few, the only other exceptions are what? Well, sociopaths. That's not good but still is much better than psychopaths, and many CEOs are the latter, while others are sociopaths who are too weak in moral terms and therefore too easily support "enterprises" of psychopaths, such as wars of aggression.

The CEO of CAE in early 2003, he sounded like he might be a normally non-socipathic, etc., person, but he was cheerleading for PM Chretien to fully embark the CAF in the war on Iraq, and based on the argument that if this was not done, then CAE seriously risked not getting contracts in the near future with the U.S. govt. Iow, cheerleading for full involvement in the war on Iraq, a totally criminal war of aggression, which was an obvious fact when this CEO was stating these insane arguments publicly (thankfully publicly), this was supposedly okay. Actually, it's quite a war crime or crime of war, certainly crime against humanity and a crime against the constitutional rights and liberties of Canadians, for there is no constitutional right to mislead our fellow citizens into believing that a war of aggression is anything other than totally criminal. There is no right to promote war against innocent peoples who additionally are NO threat to anyone. Etc. It's treated as a criminal offence in Ca if we verbally, only verbally threaten someone else, so what this CAE CEO did is definitely criminal; yet he never even got slapped on the back of the hand, much less a criminal record, the need to face a judge in court, etc.

The Economic Club of Canada or Toronto, and located in Tor., the I believe head or a head of it also cheerleaded strongly as the above CEO did and for the same purpose, also based on arguments of business with the U.S.

Bingo, two obviously flagrant war criminals, for promoting war that is war of aggression is a war crime.

Well, not bingo; because the POLICE STATE and corrupt justice and political systems protect the capitalist elite; protect and work for, are the dutiful servants of. Part of that service to the behind-the-doors elite is oppression of the rights and liberties of the general population or populace.

The police side with all of that, and the politicians MOSTLY keep siding with the desires, whims of the profiteering capitalist elites who operate and discuss behind closed doors, secretly. The politicians know this, and the police know that this happens.

We're not going to get anywhere unless the electorate finally elects a [truly] representative, sound party, and the only one I'm aware of for now is CAP, Canadian Action Party.

I don't see any other way out of the worsening situation that the country's in. The electorate either paves the path OUT, or keeps on following the path to the pits.

We need serious teams of legal, mental health (for evaluating the mental health of politicians, capitalist elite, police, judges, etc.; even if commonsense is enough, but not enough to satisfy the superficial norms of today and which require pieces of paper saying that person A, B, .., did studies x, y, d, g, etc., and passed those studies, so is now deemed qualified to practice in this subject areas), well, and also some other experts.

I guess we need The People to form their or our own govt to in turn have a govt to counter the capitalist elite's govt that falsely pretends to be The People's govt. Given it was hijacked and the hijackers aren't going to be handing back The People's govt to The People, not without the hijackers being steamrolled or bulldozed anyway, well, it seems to me that The People do not have a real govt and therefore need one.

But maybe all of this is not necessary in Canada, while certainly seeming to be necessary in the U.S. Perhaps the Canadian govts, federal and provincial, are easier to bring to reasoning justly enough. I am not sure, and am going to try to not hope based on surrealistic perspective, wanting to stay grounded in real reality. So I'm not sure, but don't see anything or anyone really promising with any of the big, main four parties, and the Green Party has been atrociously silent and, through its silence, very complicit with Canada being made a war criminal country, ever since Jean Chretien first became PM, although likely for longer, too.

Canada can't say no when it comes to invitations and temptations to participate in wars of criminal aggression, can't bring itself to end NAFTA, which needs to be sewared, etc. If it can't do the right thing with the easiest things to handle, then it surely can't be trusted to do the right thing with more complicated and/or more strongly tempting matters.

They're politicians. Connie Fogal, leader of CAP, is a lawyer, has been for plenty of years, and works independently; her bio. being available at the CAP website. She sure strikes me as very fair minded.

A solution is needed, and for that, we need a solution provider. Do we have any, besides those who can only state what solutions consist of for policies, say, but without being able to ensure implementation? We need the providers who have the vision and the ability to implement, both; else we'll have no implemented solution, or it'll be done in a half-assed, botch-job or botchy way.

Connie Fogal and CAP present fine vision for solution(s), but the party's too small and still too unknown to win any PM elections. However, the more of its candidates who get elected, the stronger CAP will become in terms of voice in the Canadian govt.

That should be easily perceivable for any Canadians who are against the NAU and SPP, the war on Afghanistan, etc., etc.; but that profile apparently applies with far too few Canadians. So the general populace needs to be sensitised, woken up, etc.

How's that going to be doable?

It's one thing to be righteously upset; better is to know of a solution and to then work on implementing it.

I forgot the link for John Coleman's book
25.08.2007 - 04:27
Again, the book is 'Diplomacy by Deception', by Dr John Coleman, 1998, and I'll provide the initial link that I got for downloading the PDF. Google.ca.

The reason for bothering to make this post is to make it easier for readers to find the link for downloading the PDF, which I had forgotten to include in my prior post, and the above search returns, as of yesterday anyway, a single result, which is the link for the PDF to download. If we search on only the book's title and the author's name, f.e., then we get [many] results, and I don't know how far in to the list of results the PDF's link is.

Also, by providing the Web search link, people can modify the keywords to do additional related Web searches.

Two purposes are served with the above search link, so I prefer to provide it, instead of a direct link for the PDF.

That's just some extra tip sort of fyi; in case it's helpful to any readers.

And the author's website is 'World in Review',  http://coleman300.com , where, and I've only heard of him for the first time last week, well, where he has several other books being offered, and all inexpensive. His copyright is also there, and before people post copies of the PDF publicly, like after making a html version of the book, I suggest reading the copyright at the author's website FIRST. He strictly forbids posting copies of the book; while I guess that's not the same thing as links for downloading PDFs that are not subsequently provided as online text.

Given his writings are wholly new to me, I can only speak based on the first five chapters that I've read in 'Diplomacy by Deception', but this book is already impressing me, much enough; definitely. And I agree with others who say that everyone should read this book, should treat it as a MUST READ.

Commonsense will guide us en masse well, but having real knowledge of commonly unknown and censored historical facts can minimally be very useful for arguments; like the gentle kind used to try to persuade others to wake up, or to try to lead others out of their slumbering states of mind or soul. This above book by Coleman, if it's wholly or just mostly true, it provides us with a lot of very important historical facts.

OKAY, so html tags for hyperlinks don't work
25.08.2007 - 17:22
HERE. So, here's the url. I didn't want to do this, for these full URLs often cause the text of the page to be so wide that horizontal scrolling is then auto-applied or -forced, and scrolling in ONE sole direction is max. for me; but this website evidently doesn't allow html tags.

"Diplomacy by Deception", by Dr John Coleman, 1998,
